Paul Maresh, Broker Paul Maresh has been a licensed realtor since 1991 and passed his broker's exam in the spring of 2002. Paul represents both buyers and sellers of residential, multifamily, commercial and agricultural properties in the Greater Portland Metropolitan Area, with some familiarity of rural real estate in the surrounding counties. Paul has networked with agents throughout the Willamette Valley and beyond.
Paul is a member of Oregon CCIM Chapter 40, while he is not yet a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) the Oregon Chapter 40 hosts monthly marketing roundtable, attended by the top commercial brokers for Oregon and SW Washington. Paul has attended these sessions for many years.
